Tracking the Infection of Critical Race Theory in Higher Education

As I have written before, Critical Race Theory has become the central doctrine in the Democrats’ push to fundamentally transform the United States from a constitutional republic dedicated to protected the rights and liberties of Americans into a despotic fascist state where the government uses its coercive powers to distribute benefits and privileges among officially favored and disfavored social groups.

The far left disguises this toxic doctrine as an outgrowth of the civil rights movement by using words such as “equity” (i.e. equality of outcomes rather instead of equality before the law and equality of opportunity) and “diversity and inclusiveness” (i.e. racial quota instead of color blindness). But where the civil rights movement sought to work inside the American political system to expand the freedoms guaranteed by the Constitution, the goal of critical race advocates is to tear down the very foundations of American liberal democratic order.

Critical Race advocates are actively harnessing higher education to indoctrinate young Americans in its racist ideology. Critical Race Theory, which started out as a neo-Marxist movement in academia, is now being pushed as mandatory “anti-racist” training for students, faculty, staff throughout higher education.

Fortunately, the Legal Insurrection Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to educate and inform the public on the Constitution and liberty, has created a new website, criticalrace.org to inform parents and students on the spread of Critical Race Training on American campuses. The website includes a database of over 200 colleges and universities, expected to be expanded to 500 in a matter of months, that details how Critical Race Theory is infecting all aspects of higher education.

The website also provides resources for people to learn what is Critical Race Theory is and how it translates into campus action. It includes a resource page with links to a wide range of critiques of Critical Race Theory and Training.

Critical Race Theory is a racist ideology that is not compatible to American liberty. This new website is an important tool in the struggle to preserve the blessing that our Founding Fathers gave to us in 1776.

Critical Race Theory and the Racial Tribalism of Joe Biden and the Democrats

When Joe Biden delivered his divisive speech on his installation as president, he described the divisions in this country with these words: “Our history has been a constant struggle between the American ideal, that we are all created equal, and the harsh ugly reality that racism, nativism and fear have torn us apart.”

Biden was partially correct when he uttered those words. America today is indeed in a struggle between those who believe in the Founding idea that “all men [and women] are created equal” and those who support a racist ideology that would plunge America into the horrors of tribalism. The problem with Biden’s position, however, is that he mixed up the sides.

Biden made clear which side he was on when he signed an executive order that reversed President Trump’s executive order that banned the use of Critical Race Theory (CRT) in the training of federal employees and contractors. CRT is a poisonous neo-Marxist ideology that judges a person’s worth solely due to his race. Except for which races are favored or disfavored, the core racial beliefs of CRT are indistinguishable from those of the KKK and Nazi Germany.

Biden went ever further in institutionalizing this racist ideology, now a dogma of the Democratic Party, when he appointed Susan Rice as the director of his Domestic Policy Council. Biden tasked Rice to implement the tenets of CRT, under the guise of “equity,” to all aspects of Federal policy.

CRT also holds a central role in the Democrats’ election strategy. Daniel Greenfield at Frontpage Mag has an excellent article on this entitled Critical Race Theory is How Democrats Plan to Win Elections on how they have weaponized CRT to terrorize the suburban middle class to support this racist dogma. Here is an excerpt, but I highly recommend reading the entire article:

Critical race theory is doing what it’s supposed to do by polarizing America along tribal racial lines and along class lines among white people. White suburban moms attend book clubs discussing White Fragility and other critical race theory texts as a form of networking. Having the right politics is crucial to your career in a variety of fields. Not all of the signs asserting that in this house the inhabitants believe in science, love, and black nationalism, are voluntary statements of belief. They’re people flying the new post-American tribal flag to fit in.

CRT as implemented by the Democrats would pervert the proper role of government. Under the Democrats’ totalitarian vision, the government will no longer be one that aims to protect American liberties as promised by the Founders. Instead, the government will use the coercive powers of the state to administer “social justice” and to ensure “equity” for the government-anointed favored racial and social groups. Government-imposed “equity” is the antithesis of equality.

CRT is an existential threat not just to their electoral chances of the Republican Party, however, but to the very concept of liberty as enshrined in the Declaration of Independence and the US Constitution. As such, we need a robust response to this threat if our constitutional republic dedicated to liberty is to survive.

Republicans need to put the Democrats on a constant defense for their racist ideology. This should be central to Republican politics going forward. A return of GOP politics to the pre-Trumpian emphasis on tax reform, balanced budgets, and favors for the Chamber of Commerce as envisioned by Sen. Mitt Romney (R-UT), former Governor John Kasich (R-OH), and other “Bourbon Republicans” trying to restore l’ancien régime is insufficient in today’s fight against the totalitarian and divisive policies of the Democratic Party.

Susan Rice to Lead in Institutionalizing Biden’s Racist Agenda

On Friday, Michael Barone wrote column in the New York Post that highlights Joe Biden’s pick of Susan Rice, who had disgraced herself by lying to multiple Sunday-shows about the Benghazi terrorist attack, to institutionalize the racist Critical Race Theory into all aspects of Federal policy. With Rice’s appointment, it is now the official position of the Biden regime that people should be categorized and judged by their race.

On Tuesday, six days into Joe Biden’s administration, it became clear why Susan Rice, hitherto a foreign-policy specialist, was named director of the Domestic Policy Council. Rice — unconfirmable for a Cabinet post after her unembarrassed Sunday-show lying about the Benghazi terrorist attack — ventured into the White House press room to preview Biden’s “equity” initiative.

Barone rightfully points out that the new regime’s emphasis on ‘equity’ has nothing to do with the traditional American notion of equality of opportunity but, instead, is a code word for government-imposed quotas for racial minorities and other government-favored social groups.

But for Rice and Biden, “equity” requires not equality of opportunity but equality of results. That’s one of the fundamental tenets of critical race theory training banned by outgoing Trumpites and reinstated by Biden on Day 1.

As I wrote in my intitial post, this anti-liberty perspective perverts the role of government from one that aims to protect American liberty to one that administers social justice. We are not to be left to run their own lives, but rather we must be controlled in order to properly balance the rights and privileges of various favored or disfavored social groups. This reduces the American people from being free citizens to being subservient subjects of the State. A government that is run on these principles is a direct attack on American liberty.

Biden Delivers Divisive and Insulting Inauguration Speech, Calling Millions of Americans ‘White Supremacists’

Joe Biden had an opportunity to reach out to the 75 million Americans who voted against him, instead he insulted and disparaged them. In his inauguration speech after being sworn in at the 46th President of United States, Biden struck a false note in his call for unity when he mischaracterized what divides America today:

I know speaking of unity can sound to some like a foolish fantasy these days. I know the forces that divide us are deep and they are real. But I also know they are not new. Our history has been a constant struggle between the American ideal, that we are all created equal, and the harsh ugly reality that racism, nativism and fear have torn us apart. The battle is perennial and victory is never secure.

No, that is not what divides America today. How does Biden expect to foster unity when he describes those on the other side as racists and nativists? There was not a single passage in Biden’s speech that acknowledged the concerns of the half of the country that voted for the reelection of President Trump. Biden’s repeatedly returned to themes that attacked the integrity of half of this country that he claims he wants to unify.

Despite his call for Americans to “join forces, stop the shouting and lower the temperature,” there was no sign that he intends this call to be applied to both sides equally. Where was call for the Democrats to stop the impeachment process against President Trump? Does he not understand that those 75 million Americans see this process not as an impeachment of a single person, but instead an impeachment of all of those who voted for him?

Biden’s problem is that he showed no understanding of what is the true fault line in the country’s body politic. He failed to show any ‘dignity and respect’ for the half of this country rejected his candidacy and instead voted for Donald Trump.

The true division is this country is that one side believes that the role of government is to protect American liberty as promised in the Declaration of Independence and the other side that believes that the role of government is to administer ‘social justice.’ A divide between those who believe that Americans are a free and noble people who should be left to run their own lives and those who believe that we are fundamentally flawed people who must be controlled in order to properly balance the rights and privileges of various favored or disfavored social groups.

Sadly, the clash between this reality our true divisions and the Democrats continuing attempt to characterize half of the country as racists and extremists will doom Biden’s purported goal of unity. Unless Biden shows true respect for his political opponents, he will leave this country further divided than when he took office.
